If you only have Adobe Reader (free from www.adobe.com), follow these steps:

• Download the REMC Application
• Print the form
• Fill out the application
• You sign the application
• Have your sponsors sign it
• Mail the application to Jann

If you have the full Adobe Acrobat product (you paid for it), follow these steps:

• Download the REMC Application
• Fill out the application using Adobe Acrobat. All the fields (except for signatures) can be typed it.
• Print the form and sign it
• Have your sponsors sign it
• Mail the application to Jann

After the application is completed and signed by you and your REMC sponsors, mail it to Joanne:
