You can now download a Family Profile Application, fill it out and return it to Lorrie Thomas to be placed on our Rescue Waiting List.

If you only have Adobe Acrobat Reader (free from www.adobe.com), follow these steps:

• Download the Family Profile Application
• Print the application
• Fill out the application
• Mail the application to Carrie:

If you have the full Adobe Acrobat product (you paid for it), follow these steps:

• Download the Family Profile Application
• Fill out the application using Adobe Acrobat, all the fields can be typed it.
• Save the file
• Email the application to Carrie delbontac@aol.com
