If you only have Adobe Reader (free from www.adobe.com), follow these steps:
- Download the REMC Application
- Print the form
- Fill out the application
- You sign the application
- Have your sponsors sign it
- Mail the application to Jann
If you have the full Adobe Acrobat product (you paid for it), follow these steps:
- Download the REMC Application
- Fill out the application using Adobe Acrobat. All the fields (except for signatures) can be typed it.
- Print the form and sign it
- Have your sponsors sign it
- Mail the application to Jann
After the application is completed and signed by you and your REMC sponsors, mail it to Joanne:Joanne Williams
